TCA 20% (trichloroacetic acid) – controlled exfoliation and regeneration stimulation

Trichloroacetic acid (TCA) at 20% induces controlled epidermal and upper dermal necrosis, stimulating repair processes. TCA exfoliation removes damaged tissue and prompts the skin to produce new, healthy epidermis — resulting in scar reduction, wrinkle smoothing and texture evening. At 20%, TCA is a medium-depth peel — effective yet manageable in terms of recovery.

Mandelic acid – acne treatment and elasticity improvement

Mandelic acid (large-molecule AHA) complements TCA — brightening properties, support of active acne treatment and skin elasticity improvement. Gentler than glycolic acid, well tolerated by sensitive skin.

Kojic acid – depigmentation and pigmentation reduction

Kojic acid has documented action against excess pigmentation — it inhibits tyrosinase activity, blocking melanin synthesis. Effective against sunspots, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation and melasma.

Indications

Treatment protocol

1. Thoroughly remove make-up and cleanse the treatment area (face, neck, décolleté or body).
2. Apply a thin layer of peel using gloves, avoiding mucous membranes and eyes.
3. Leave on skin for:
   4 minutes — delicate and sensitive skin
   5 minutes — normal skin with signs of ageing
   6 minutes — oily and combination skin with pronounced wrinkles
4. Remove residue with gauze dampened with water. Skin may remain red for a few hours.
5. Apply a soothing moisturiser and UV 50+ sunscreen.
6. Repeat every 7–8 days — series of 4–6 sessions.
