Microneedling mechanism of action

How does microneedling differ from needle mesotherapy?
Needle mesotherapy delivers preparations by syringe, point by point. Microneedling with a motorised dermapen creates thousands of controlled micro-perforations in a short time, ensuring even coverage of large areas with precise depth control across the entire surface. The two techniques complement each other perfectly.
How is needle depth adjusted?
Depth is adjusted by rotating the cartridge after switching the device on. Clockwise increases extension (max 2.5 mm), counter-clockwise reduces it (min 0.25 mm). Select depth based on indication, patient skin thickness and preparation used.
